Daniel rebuilt my PC after it developed issues. He changed the operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 at my request, as well as updating my Office products. (I already had the programs to install.) He arrived promptly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process via telephone, and SMS. He fixed my PC in a timely manner, so that I was back working in my business accounts within 24 hours. He suggested ways to improve my computer's performance, as well as better security programs for anti-virus and back ups.
