I had serious problems with my 4 year old computer which required the replacement of the motherboard and power supply. Daniel of DF IT Solutions performed all the necessary installation work to a very high professional standard and returned the computer in excellent operating condition. He patiently worked through any issues that needed extra tweaking and explained any concerns I had about some features of the new settings. Daniel is always contactable and regularly kept me informed about the progress of the job. He is also very reliable. I appreciated how promptly he carried out the repairs given that it was during the Xmas and New Year break when many businesses shut down and getting technical service can be a nightmare. I was concerned that I could be without my computer for some time. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to my friends.

DF IT Solutions performed some PC maintenance and provided some excellent advice on stand alone home and business PC backup storage. DF IT provided a quotation for this solution on the same day which I have accepted. DF IT came highly recommended and I am happy to do the same.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Daniel who was so patient and explained what he was doing so I could understand, and being a 'mature aged' PC user changes are not always easy. Daniel communicated every step along the ordering process, and in his advice on the best choices available for my particular needs. He let me know when the hardware etc was available and when he was on his way, Rare these days! In addition he respected my budget and was moderate in his charges. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone who needs to fix their computer.

I used Daniel from DF IT Solutions to fix a sluggish home computer. Daniel arrived on time was well presented and well mannered. He worked on the computer for a couple of hours making operations more efficient. The follow on service can only be described as exceptional. Daniel made contact a couple of times to make sure I was pleased with his work. Such customer care is extraordinary and I highly recommend anyone to use his services.

Daniel rebuilt my PC after it developed issues. He changed the operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 at my request, as well as updating my Office products. (I already had the programs to install.) He arrived promptly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process via telephone, and SMS. He fixed my PC in a timely manner, so that I was back working in my business accounts within 24 hours. He suggested ways to improve my computer's performance, as well as better security programs for anti-virus and back ups. His fee included the labour, travel, increased security program, and discussion time. I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues. He's certainly been our business saviour.

In June this year I made contact with DF IT Solutions & two other IT Professionals to service, upgrade & provide advice about our IT equipment & software as our current provider was not responding to our growing needs. As a service provider myself it was important that our company engage with a company that understood & respected our need to present professionally & respond quickly. The day I arrived at my Office at 8am to see Daniel waiting at the door so that he could fix a server problem that I wasn't even aware of - I knew we had engaged with a company that met our expectations. Today DF IT have installed programs whereby we can identify server & program problems quickly & remedy these issues without affecting our customers or experiencing frustrating "computer outages" With companies like DF IT available there really is no need for SME's to suffer with inappropriate computer hardware & IT services - Seriously call Daniel & DF IT & experience what is like to work with a professional & reliable team.

I have had to deal with companies before that promise fast and professional services only to be let down with sloppy work and long waits. My business network needed to be completely re done and quickly at that. I had heard good things about DF IT Solutions and decided to give it a try which turned out to be the best decision I could of made. I dealt with technicians that where quick, fast and gave professional service and had my new network running up in no time.

Call me a happy customer. I got a great price for a Mac battery replacement, and I got it back on the same day (other places said 2 business day and prices were 50% higher). I got to chat with the owner and it really seemed he cares about keeping clients happy. I'll be back next time I need to fix anything with my Mac.

Daniel's service was brilliant! He was lovely and professional, no confusing technical jargon or inflated prices. I can recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for someone honest, reliable and quick to repair or help with anything computer related. He even gave me a few tips on what not to do with my particular laptop and certain programs to make it run better. I am not a computer minded person and he explained it clearly and simply. I will be recommending him to anyone who asks! Daniel, thank you for the great service and the sweetest thing you did for me... thank you, thank you, thank you.

Daniel and his team were top notch. Made a call on a Monday afternoon, he told me to come in the following morning ,and by noon had my computer fixed up. He also guaranteed his work and said to come back if any issues. Will go back for any other issues. Finally, a great value for the service offered .

Daniel fixed my PC a few months ago. I tried another reputable PC shop/repair centre previously and they gave up fixing it after reformatting and reinstalling the OS. After telling Daniel the issues I was facing, he quickly isolated the issue, replace my PSU and even gave my PC a clean. Would recommend to all my friends and family, really honest guy!Cheers

Excellent service and expertise. The wind swept my laptop off of the picnic table and the screen was beyond repair. The team helped me trouble shoot options and had it working enough so I could use it with my desktop monitor. It took some creative work but they were smart, patient and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Daniel and DF IT Solutions highly enough. He went far out of his way to give us the best service possible in replacing our daughter's cracked HP laptop screen after some supplier issues arose that were beyond his control. Highly professional, quick, reasonably priced and excellent communication. If you want your IT equipment repaired in Melbourne, it is well worth the trip or postage to get it to Daniel.
