Daniel rebuilt my PC after it developed issues. He changed the operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 at my request, as well as updating my Office products. (I already had the programs to install.) He arrived promptly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process via telephone, and SMS. He fixed my PC in a timely manner, so that I was back working in my business accounts within 24 hours. He suggested ways to improve my computer's performance, as well as better security programs for anti-virus and back ups. His fee included the labour, travel, increased security program, and discussion time. I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues. He's certainly been our business saviour.

In June this year I made contact with DF IT Solutions & two other IT Professionals to service, upgrade & provide advice about our IT equipment & software as our current provider was not responding to our growing needs. As a service provider myself it was important that our company engage with a company that understood & respected our need to present professionally & respond quickly. Daniel's service was brilliant! He was lovely and professional, no confusing technical jargon or inflated prices. I can recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for someone honest, reliable and quick to repair or help with anything computer related. Excellent service and expertise. The wind swept my laptop off of the picnic table and the screen was beyond repair. The team helped me trouble shoot options and had it working enough so I could use it with my desktop monitor. It took some creative work but they were smart, patient and great to work with. He went far out of his way to give us the best service possible in replacing our daughter's cracked HP laptop screen after some supplier issues arose that were beyond his control.
